Seasonal Care covers the two spring windows (late February and late May). West Austin Care adds early November, so the panels go into cedar season clean. A summer clean helps if you sit under big trees or after a dusty stretch; otherwise we will tell you to wait.

Questions we get on the driveway

Short answers.

How do I know if my panels need cleaning?
If they look dull, yellow, or spotted from the street, they need it. If it’s been a year, they need it. We’ll send before photos either way and tell you honestly if they’re fine.
Doesn’t rain clean them?
Not really. Rain leaves a film and water spots behind, and Austin doesn’t get much rain when the pollen is heaviest anyway.
Will this scratch the panels or void the warranty?
No. Panel makers ask for soft brushes and purified water and prohibit pressure washing, which is exactly what we do and don’t do. We’ll note the method on your visit record if your installer ever asks.
Do you walk on my roof?
Rarely. Most West Austin homes we can reach with a long pole from a ladder at the edge of the roof. If yours needs walking, we’ll tell you first.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need a way into the yard (gate code, dogs inside) and an outdoor spigot. Photos come to you the same day.
How much more power will I get?
It depends on how dirty the panels are and how long it’s been. We won’t promise a percentage. You’ll have the before-and-after photos, and your electric bill will tell the rest.
Do you service outside 78703?
Old West Austin, Clarksville, and Bryker Woods usually yes. Farther out, ask. We’d rather say no than send a rushed crew.
